Xinchen China Power Holdings Limited (“Xinchen China”) and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”)is one of the leading automotive engine manufacturers in the independent branded segment of the PRC passenger vehicle and light commercial vehicle engine market. The Group develops, manufactures and sells light-duty gasoline and diesel engines used by various domestic and international passenger vehicle and light commercial vehicle manufacturers.  The Group currently manufactures and sells about 30 models of automotive engines, installed in a wide range of passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles, including sedans, sport utility vehicles, multi-purpose vehicles, small and minibuses, small and light-duty trucks.

Our engines have received numerous awards in recognition of their quality and performance. Among them, the brand “XCE新晨中国” enjoys high brand recognition in the PRC automotive industry and was named as one of the “Top 10 Brands for Diesel Engines” by the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association and China Automotive News in 2010.  The Group believes that we are one of the few domestic light-duty gasoline and diesel engine manufacturers in China with the research and development capabilities to independently develop automotive engines.

The Group has been expanding into engine assembly business for a world-wide renowned passenger vehicle manufacturer and engine parts and components business for a few years and engaging in the manufacture and sale of core engine parts and components for both international and domestic passenger vehicles.

Established in March of 1998, Mianyang Xinchen Engine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “PXC”) is one of the leading proprietary brands and R&D manufacturers of engines. Xinchen China Power Holdings Limited, the parent company of PXC, was jointly held by Brilliance Auto Group and Wuliangye Group, was listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2013 (stock code: 01148). The group has become the first listed auto company in Sichuan province.

PXC owns light-duty gasoline engines and light-duty diesel engines covering 4 series and 29 categories. Engine power covers the range of 38.5-120kW, emission achieves nation VI standards, satisfies fuel consumption laws and regulations after 2020 and provides advanced hybrid solutions. Accumulative sales volume has reached 3.1 million units and engines have been widely applied in passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles, including Sedan cars, SUV, MPV, light and minibus, small and light trucks, and etc. Key engine components consist of cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, connecting rods and etc. PXC has become the sole engine crankshaft supplier and important connecting rods supplier of BBA. PXC has established two major bases both in Mianyang and Shenyang, and owns engine plants, crankshaft plants and connecting rods plants.The company’s annual production capacity reaches 600k engines, 600k crankshafts and 1.6 million connecting rods .

In 2012, BMW Group licensed PXC to produce N20 engines, and this is the first time in 100 years’ history of BMW Group to license a company outside the system to produce BMW engines. On June of 2015, BMW Group once again licensed PXC to produce prince engines and supported to develop CE12, which became the first case in global auto industry. Prince engine has won the Best Engine of the Year Award for eight consecutive years by Ward's Autoworld, a globally influential magazine in U.S.

PXC has “National Enterprise Technology Center” and “National Laboratory”, more than 180 research personnel with 16 years’ industrial experience, undertook and participated in various national “863 projects” in succession, owns 5 national key new products, acquired 139 national patents and 134 technological innovation achievements.

PXC customers covers BMW Group, Huachen Group, Dongfeng Automobile, Zhengzhou Nissan, FAW, Changfeng Leopard, Geely Automobile, King Long Motor Group and etc.

PXC has established long-term stable strategic cooperation relations with many customers including BMW Group, Huachen Group, Zhengzhou Nissan, FAW, Changfeng Leopard, Geely Automobile, King Long Motor Group and etc.

Locating in Shenyang, Xinchen Engine (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. mainly manufactures crankshafts and connecting rods , and is the first BMW connecting rods supplier and the sole crankshaft supplier of BBA in China.

Connecting rods production line was invested with RMB 280 million  and put into operation in February of 2013. All processing equipment were imported overseas to realize full automatic production. Q-das on-line measuring system is used to monitor production data; meanwhile, devices for accurate processing may realize on-line automatic compensation, small-hole oval and waist drum processing.  Meanwhile,Xinchen Engine (Shenyang) Co., Ltd.also has the connecting rods production capability of 1.6m units and realized bulk supply of connecting rods for BMW in August of 2013.

Imported from Germany, the production lines would realize full automatic production and its planned annual production capacity is 600k crankshafts. At present, N20, B38A, B38B and B48 crankshafts supplied to BBA are being produced on this line and will be widely applied in all domestic vehicle models of BBA.

Mianyang Xinchen Engine Co., Ltd. Shenyang branch (hereinafter referred to as
"PXC Shenyang branch") is a branch office established on the basis of the engine plants of Brilliance Auto Group. Incorporated on November 29th of 2013. Since January 1st of 2014, business of the engine plant had been comprehensively handed over to PXC Shenyang branch to manage.

PXC Shenyang branch owns two BM-platform gasoline productions, displacement of which was 1.5 liters and power range was 77-100kw. Its production capability is 150k units and the products are mainly assembled on all series of Huachen Group vehicles, part of domestic passenger vehicles with self-owned brands .
