On September 8th, 2015, in order to commemorate BMW 's first authorization of engine production outside its system, as well as to commemorate the above-mentioned outstanding contributions made by BMW experts represented by Mr. Guenter Wollny, with all top managers signed decision, PXC named a main road in its plant as “BMW AVENUE”, in total of 400 meters from the plant center to its north gate. It shows PXC’s firm belief in learning from BMW and gratitude to the years support BMW provided to PXC.
Mr. Guenter Wollny, A senior vice president of BMW Group, was the firm promoter of the first engine authorization. He presided over the N20 engine license ceremony in Munich on 12th , December 2012, mobilized all necessary resources inside BMW to support PXC with N20 localization, including hiring consulting firms such as McKinsey, Deloitte and C4D to participate in support.
